Do you really want to quit smoking? Now… Be honest with yourself. If so… There is a 100% effective quit smoking tip that could literally change – perhaps even save your life. Besides, let’s face it: Smoking adds years to your life – with all the lines and wrinkles associated with the addiction.

Fact: Quitting is Not Easy!

First, you need to be a realist: Quitting Smoking is NOT Easy! You’ve heard the old lines, possibly said them yourself. “Quitting smoking is easy. I’ve done it five times, and there’s nothing to it!” Yeah, right! And you have that stick in hand because?

No, quitting smoking is not easy! You pick up a smoke to celebrate with friends – just for old time’s sake. Then, you sneak one – just one – during your morning coffee. Then, before you know it, you’re smoking “just to calm your nerves”, after a drink, or in the midst of rush-hour traffic. Or…Well, you get the picture.

Before you know it, your hooked! Your clothes smell like cigarettes. You notice those “little lines” becoming more noticeable. Your voice sounds raspier, deeper – especially horrific if you’re a woman. Then, perhaps, you go to the doctor. He politely closes the door , calmly (yet sadly) looks you in the eyes and tells you the heartbreaking news…

Stop! Before It Get’s Bad!

1. When you finally make the decision to quit smoking, promise yourself one thing: Never to buy a pack of cigarettes with your own money. That means that others would have to supply you with their own packs of cigarettes. Let’s face it: With the high price per pack, others will soon be avoiding you like the plague. Soon, very soon, you’ll become a loner.

2. Never carry a pack of cigarettes with you. This means you can not depend on having a cigarette when you need one. This is an effective behavioral change. As a result, you should outgrow the dependence – your crutch, your addiction – over time.

You Can Do It!

I once dated a woman who smoked: A pretty, statuesque brunette with beautiful brown eyes, a soft voice, and a gentle smile. Today, at 50, she looks years older than her peers, lost the sparkle in her eyes, and her smile is horrifically yellowed and covered in lines. Worse yet, her voice makes her sound like an elderly man!

You can do it. Stop before it’s too late.
