<p>There are so many food marketing guru&#8217;s out there in our world today who keep coming up with the so called &#8220;miracle food&#8221; that supposedly helps your insulin levels and blood sugar, lose weight, reduce cholesterol and blood pressure, and a ton of other things. Why does eating need to be so confusing and when did food become so miraculous?</p>
<p>Weight loss is a multi-billion dollar industry, especially with diet foods. Look at Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers. How is it possible to really eat something and actually lose weight, sort of ironic isn&#8217;t it? Why? Because eating always adds something to your body, how in the heck is it going to take something away? There isn&#8217;t anyone who can tell me that food does not create more mass. Whether you&#8217;re fat or thin, your body is going to burn a certain number of calories per day.</p>
<p>Face it, the only true way to lose weight is to eat less calories than your body burns. Don&#8217;t even try to argue that statement. This rule was here many years ago and will be here many more to come. If you ate fewer calories than your body burns daily, then you will lose weight.</p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter if you don&#8217;t think your eating a lot or how fast you put weight on, your body will lose weight when you get under the number your body burns. It&#8217;s not rocket science.</p>
<p>Your fat cells are made up of the foods you eat. If you decide to consume more than your body burns then you&#8217;re going to gain weight. If you eat less, then you&#8217;re going to lose weight. It is that simple. Not to say that you can&#8217;t train your body to burn more, but these are the facts.</p>
<p>You could eat chocolate cake everyday as long as you put in fewer calories than your body burns.</p>
<p>As long as you eat less it really doesn&#8217;t matter what types of foods you put in, sugar, protein, carbs, etc. If you hear someone tell you differently then challenge them because they certainly haven&#8217;t done their research. There is no special food that burns body fat, the only thing that others are teaching you are to simply eat this food and that food, when in fact they are cutting your calories causing you to lose weight.</p>
<p>Think of it this way, would you and the millions of people around the world still be looking for that special diet if they actually worked. No! You would already look like you want and would have felt great doing it. </p>
<p>I personally only have come across one nutritional program that I actually like and truly feel works. It allows you to eat the foods you enjoy and gives you a good amount of rest in between.</p>
